Just thought it would make the admins life easier as I have a feeling there may be the same question being asked over and over with resolves already in the forum and might be in the middle of all the topics, maybe.

YES!! I see it, thank you, however (it will help both you as admin and customers) by placing that in the very beginning of the forum, so it would be one of the first things (amongst others) that the customer see’s and then all they need to do, is just search for whatever problem they have so they can see if there’s a resolve to their issue without posting the issue again. Just trying to help 🙂

This page needs the search as many times I have come back to find a resolve, I have to go through many pages of comments to try to find the answer. You do have a search, but not everyone goes straight to that page which is Home › Forums.
