I ordered the theme pet care pro the june 10, 2023. I encountered a lot of problem et it seems to not be compatible with the last version of wordpress. Next, why there is woocommerce required plugins for a website without shop ? I’ve got a lot of problems with backlog admin.
I really do not want to keep this theme and want a refund.
Mine is going the same thing says The link you followed has expired.. And no one will email me back. I guess I’ll go to my credit card to place the fraud dispute. What a scam!!
I bought 2 different themes and I think their themes are easy to configure but their support sucks. I have been waiting for them to email me back for over a week now, and I have project deadlines to meet. I am also considering to ask for a refund and file a complaint with WordPress and the WordPress Committee that approves theme creators to participate. It would be weeks of wasted work if they can’t resolve this ASAP and I may consider taking legal action.

Please stop use fake email to try making fake support. I want a refund because your product doesn’t work (i have the confirmation by the host of the website). Lot of conflict with wordpress. Refund asap please or i will start some more important process with justice.
I just purchased your “Pet Care WordPress theme” and it is not working in WordPress. When I went to start working on it in word press by selecting the “customize” button the page that showed up for me to work on was not the page I paid for. It was one of word press’s free themes that I saw previously in their introduction to WordPress onboarding segment.
I would like this problem resolved or I would like a refund immediately. (I sent your support team an email stating this as well)
