I purchased this theme yesterday and it is NOT customizable enough. This is highly unfortunate given that the free ‘demo’ version is barely usable. I purchased the PRO theme using the discount code on your website thinking the demo content would help populate it enough to actually see what was being done. However, the following issues I have come across.
1. There is no way to remove the predefined sections. Even when in “customize” and I turn things off like “Book Store”, it doesn’t do anything, everything is still present.
2. No way to disable/turn off the “store” / woocommerce section.
3. No way to edit the top bar to completely remove “Register” or “My Account”
4. Can’t remove the copyright information in the footer, for a PAID theme
This is by far the least customizable PAID theme I’ve used.
Who do I need to contact for a refund? Or do I go straight to PayPal?
