    Hi, I just purchased the theme and I thought it was a one-time fee. The invoices says that it will expire in a year from now?
    This was not clear to me. Would you please clarify this?

    Another question regarding this. So let’s say I implement a feature on my website using the purchased theme’s premium functuons. When the theme expires, will my theme be stepped down to the basic and then lose the feature I implemented?

    Hi,

    The theme is yours for lifetime when you buy it. You may download it and use it, but support and theme updates are only available for a year following the date of purchase. If you want them after that, you must renew the theme.

    If you have any site data available, kindly create a backup of your website data before activating the premium theme.

    Do you want to implement extra feature in the theme ?

    Thank you for the reply! In that case, I would like to cancel my purchase and ask for refund, Had I known (or properly informed) about the expiration, I would have not purchased. Please issue the refund as I have not installed the premium version yet.
    Thank you and let me know the normal number of days it takes to process the refund.
