I purchased the premium version of one of the themes hours ago (all within the specified work hours posted here), but never received any confirmation email or link to download the theme. I see the purchase under my account here, although it says it’s on hold for some reason. Money was already taken out of my PayPal account, so I know it’s not a payment issue. I’ve sent a couple of regular emails with no response, and using the support contact form on this site just continues to give an error message. Can someone help me? I want a refund if I’m not going to receive the product I purchased let alone any response from support or customer service at all. Very frustrated!
