Just purchased not cannot install theme

Ive purchased the theme and the upgrad of the theme and cannot get it to upload into wordpress. I keep getting redirected to purchase it again. So far, I’ve purchased the theme twice and the upgrade once. There is no support from wordpress.

Hi, I just purchase the plugin and I been trying to communicate with someone directly but seemed unable to reach a human to discuss my issues with the plugin. if no one get get back to me then it is useless to keep using the plugin. Please get back or else issue me a rufund please. Thank you
