Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased the theme “Education WordPress Theme” and when i am trying to download the purchased theme i am getting this error “Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file Go to shop”. Please check and help me out to download.

I to have had a problem with the E-Commerce theme I bought. They made me go through and order it twice and now I can’t get a a response for a refund or download it. I am getting the same error. Sir/Madam please help us in figuring this out.
