    I got charged for a theme and it said that the payment fail but the money got took from my bank account even though i canceled the order because it said the payment didnt go through, yet im still charged.

    Hi There,

    This just happened to me as well. It says “failed’ but the money has been taken out of my account already. How can I access my theme that I purchased?
