    Dear team,

    I’m trying to change the default header image on a page, but it’s not changing even after updating the featured image.

    So many of us have had these kind of problems for the past 5 days but they have not been able to resolve them there are numerous issues with their themes.
    Am backing off and asking for a refund so I could go to other theme providers that know what they are doing like themeforest.net
    Their themes do not give issues at all.

    Not happy with the theme too.
    I would wait for a response a few days then ask for a refund as well.
