I have added categories to WooCommerce but they do not show up in the category widgets or in the menus area
I need to remove the default logo image, I do not currently want a logo image but this will not go away “AirCon Direct” just stays there
When I go to Categories from the main menu, it goes to a totally different set of products.
I just want it to go to the woocommerce products and categories
I have received nothing from you except emails with links back to this post.
I have given up on trying to configure this site and I have given up on eStore.

This is am absolute joke.
Support just sends an email with “please check again” for answers. The link sent just sends me back to this post. No answers, no suppoert, no solutions. Just a useless theme.
I will file a chargeback on the amount paid.

I have gone through the documentation in its entirety and it has not answered my specific questions.
I will wait for my refund. Whether you initiate the full refund or it is a PayPal charge back. There will be a full refund.

Instead of some random second email you could have easily posted the answers here and just resolved the issue. – No, we can’t post here as we require your site access to review the code files and we can’t ask you to send details here as it is public forum so we mailed asking for admin details to check.
I received no emails asking for admin access. I have searched and searched, the only emails are generic with links back to this post.
You can send screen shots of emails sent and I can as well. No email was received with any valuable information or requests for site access.
I have looked in spam, junk, etc. Why, if even sent, it would come from a different email is beyond me.
As I said, a chargeback has been filed and I am now completely done with this. After days of responses and still no answers or even suggestions it is aparently not reasonable to expect actual support. You could have fixed this 5 or 10 days ago by requesting admin access. You chose to just defend your process and send replies that provided nothing but argument.
I will not respond again. I have given ample time and opportunity for you to send an admin request or provide the answers.
