Hi, please I purchased the charity theme on wordpress but eachtime I try and install the dowloaded zipped folder, I keep gettin an error message saying “unable to install, missing .css stylesheet.” I have been sending emails regarding this but unfortunately, not getting any responses.

Hi, thank you for the response. Please I have already used the process on the documentations on your site, but it is still not working. I have also responded to the email. Is there a contact number I can reach out to for faster responses?
I am only able to install the theme via Upload method on WordPress, and that method does not seem to be working for some reason. I cannot use FTP as I do not yet have an FTP subscription to try.
