I bought the computer repair store theme, when I try to upload it I get something different from the theme I bought and when I go to the premium themes it tells me that I don’t have access to that part, what should I do to be able to use the theme and make it work for me ? thanks

when I try to install the plugin i receive this error:

I’m trying to remove All categories Menu from the home page I don’t have option to do that, how can I remove this menu? where can I find it to be removed ?
