I bought this theme one week ago, but the “run importer” did not work, therefore I haven´t been able to install the theme on my webpage. I wrote an email to you one week ago but I haven’t received any response yet. I am very disappointed and I really need to solve this problem ASAP.
Please check your email and reply my request, otherwise I am forced to ask for reimbursement.
