Reply To: Refunded asked cause of non-functionnal theme

I bought 2 different themes and I think their themes are easy to configure but their support sucks. I have been waiting for them to email me back for over a week now, and I have project deadlines to meet. I am also considering to ask for a refund and file a complaint with WordPress and the WordPress Committee that approves theme creators to participate. It would be weeks of wasted work if they can’t resolve this ASAP and I may consider taking legal action.
