I also want a refund please. I’ve been waiting far too long for technical help.

I followed the installation instructions carefully but the site does not allow any alterations..it won’t allow a change of name, logo, nothing loads and my site has a permanent constant error message, despite a totally fresh install.

I’ve lost my patience with this response it’s shoddy. No-one has even estimated the wait time for a response
