Reply To: Cleaning service word press theme

Have the standard cleaning services theme installed and running. I purchased the premium/pro version and downloaded the zip file. When I try to upload the zip file, it errors and tells me the action is unauthorized on the server. I run numerous websites and this is the first theme I have ever had an issue with uploading. Please help!
