To resolve the icons issue you need to use the Font Awesome Plugin.

Download the Plugin from https://wordpress.org/plugins/font-awesome/

For the other issue, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password with the site URL to support@themagnifico.net so that we can review it.
